Nirvana - A Huge Impact to The Music World

If you're among adolescents around the world who decided to take the guitar in the late 90's, chances are that you are inspired by one of the band made a big impact at the time called "Nirvana" . Formed in the 1980s, Nirvana lasted only seven years old when the tragedy occurred in April 1994. This singer Kurt Cobain was found dead group in what was reported as a suicide. That was the end for the band that brought the rock into the mainstream now "boy band" rules.

Equipped with three members: Kurt Cobain on guitar and vocals, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic on bass, who later joined as drummer in 1990, the impact on the world of the music of Nirvana is probably great. The group is primarily responsible for the growing popularity of "grunge" music, a subgenre of alternative rock of the 90s. They storm the music with his charges based on dynamic contrast, often alternating between quiet verses and loud, and heavy in the choir. A few months before the death of Kurt Cobain, Nirvana recorded "MTV Unplugged In New York, a rare acoustic performance live. This event is for 'MTV Unplugged "television series, and recorded at Sony Music Studios in New York November 18, 1993. Many fans saw the performance as evidence that the band was pure genius and is able to perform their music without the help of his grunge so damaged that they are famous. 14 songs by some cover songs included in the list. Live album was released November 1, 1994 and won a Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album in 1996. In 1997, five million copies in America and the DVD version of the show was then available in 2007.

Even after the tragic death of Nirvana, the impact they bring to the music world continues to aspiring musicians inspired. It is not surprising, as Kurt Cobain once called by the media as "Generation spokesman." The two remaining members decided to break with drummer Dave Grohl switched to guitar and vocals and was a success with a new band, The Foo Fighters.
